RETURNS,REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that you might have to return the product at times due to a lot of reasons and we will try our best to facilitate the same.
So in an unfortunate incident that you have to return the product because of any issue, please write a mail at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery and describe in as much detail as possible, the issue that has arisen.Attach supporting images if possible. We will contact you within 24 hours and start the necessary resolution.
Return , Refunds and Cancellation Policy :
1. Customers can return their order within 3 days of the order delivery(Intimate us within 3 days) post which you can ship the product back to us within 3 days of intimating us.The shipping charges will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of store credits for future purchase.
2. All return orders must be in unused condition with the packaging intact and the invoice included. The customer will have to ship the product back to us at the below address:

3. The "product" amount will be refunded to the customer to their bank account in case of an "Online Paid" order.(Your transaction amount is held securely and protected by Paypal and Payumoney)
In case of a Cash on delivery order ,the entire order amount is refunded in the form of store credits, once the order is received by us.
1. Size inappropriate
Solution: We would provide a completely free exchange of product once we have received the product from your end.
2.Wrong or broken product delivered
Solution :We do multiple quality checks and hence this scenario is highly unlikely.But in the rare case that it happens,we recommend giving us a call at or dropping us a mail as soon as you have discovered the damage.This will help us serve you better.
3. Unsatisfied with the product
Solution : You can ship the product back to us and we will provide cash refund (Online orders) or store credits(COD order) or an exchange for a product of the same amount.The shipping cost borne by you will be reimbursed in the form of store credits to be used for future purchases.
In what situation can I ask for a refund?
1.You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:
If the customer cancels the order before the order is dispatched , refund will be initiated within
24hrs of cancellation to the customer's bank account.
If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped,the order has to be shipped back to us once the order reaches the
customer ,We will initiate the refund once we have received the product.
